What it is: Southeast Asian OTA; brings guests from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and nearby.
Where: Traveloka extranet
You need: the Traveloka property ID (a code like LsBxFfgUQcuf, not the hotel's usual ID).

#On Traveloka

  1. 1

In the Traveloka extranet's channel manager section, choose Channex. Or ask Channex support to connect it for you.

  2. 2

    Note the Traveloka property ID.

#In ClearHost

  1. 3

Open Channel Manager β†’ Channels and click "Create". Choose Traveloka.

  2. 4

Fill in "Title", "Property" and "Hotel ID" (the Traveloka property ID).

  3. 5

Click "Test Connection". If it fails, check the ID, or ask Traveloka support to confirm Channex is connected.

  4. 6

Open the "Mapping" tab and map every room type and rate plan. Traveloka is always priced per number of guests: if the property has one price per room, map that same price to every guest count.

  5. 7

Map exactly one room type as "RETAIL". Traveloka derives the other rates from it. Meal plans sit on the room, so a room sold with different meal plans needs one Traveloka room per meal plan.

  6. 8

Save the channel, then activate it.

#Common problems

  • Booking amount doesn't match the hotel voucher: ask the Traveloka account manager to change the tax/commission setting.
  • Missing prices for some guest counts: every guest count needs a mapped price (see step 6).
