Invite someone to your organisation

Where: Profile → Members in ClearHost
You need: permission to create members in the organisation.

#Steps

   Open "Members" from your profile menu. This is the organisation-wide list — everybody in your company, across every property.

   Click "Invite Members" at the top right of the list to open "Invite to Organization". The button is only there for owners and admins.

   Put their address in Email and pick their level under "Invite as". The choices are Admin, Property Manager and Property Staff — there is no owner option, because an organisation has exactly one owner.

   Picking "Property Manager" or "Property Staff" adds an "Assign to properties" field. Tick the properties this person should be able to open. Leave it empty and they join the organisation with nothing to work on. An admin needs no selection at all — admins reach every property automatically.

   Click "Invite". The panel then shows an Invite Link with Copy Link beside it, so you can pass the link on yourself as well as by email. The link is good for 24 hours.

   Until they accept, they sit under "Pending Invitations" beneath the member table. Resend emails the same link again and Cancel withdraws the invitation.

#Good to know

Inviting an address that already belongs to a member of this organisation does not send a second invitation. The properties you ticked are simply added to the access that person already has, and the panel says so instead of showing a link. An invitation only brings somebody into the organisation — to change which properties an existing member can open, use the row menu on the members list rather than a fresh invite.
