Change the period an analytics screen reports on

Select the property you want to work on in the top bar.

There is no single date filter across "Analytics". Each screen decides for itself, and on most screens the control belongs to one card rather than to the page — so the first thing to work out is which card you are trying to move.

Open "Analytics → Revenue", headed "Revenue Analytics", for the screen with the most controls. The Revenue Trend chart in the middle has its own dropdown offering Last 7 days, Last 30 days and Last 90 days, a Daily / Weekly / Monthly grouping beside it, and a Compared to last period switch that overlays the matching earlier window.

Two cards further down — "Revenue Leakage" and "Day-of-week performance" — carry a different, richer picker. It leads with This month, then the same three Last 7 days / Last 30 days / Last 90 days presets, and ends with Custom range… which opens a two-month calendar for an exact start and end. Each of those two cards remembers its own choice; setting one does not set the other.

Nothing you change on this page moves the tiles at the top. Those are always month-to-date, and the three sparkline cards below them are always the last 14 days.

One screen does have a page-wide range. On Analytics → Channels, headed Channels Analytics, a preset dropdown and a date field at the top right together set the period for every tile and table on the page at once. The dropdown opens reading Last 30 days and offers Last 7 days, Last 15 days, Last 30 days and Last 90 days; pick your own dates in the field beside it and it falls back to reading Quick range, because no preset matches any more. Note that this screen needs report access, so a staff-role member will be refused there even though the same person can use the Revenue controls above. Open in ClearHost ↗

On "Analytics → Occupancy" the only date control is inside the "Occupancy % over time" chart, and it offers "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days" and "Last 90 days" plus "This month" and "Last month". It moves that chart alone — the occupancy tiles above it are fixed to the last 30 days. Open in ClearHost ↗

#Good to know

Analytics → Guest and Analytics → Staff Performance have no date range control at all: Guest is fixed to the last 30 days, and Staff Performance is month-to-date apart from the Today / Weekly toggle on its Tasks Completed card. None of these choices is saved — they reset to their defaults when you leave the page — and none of them is shared between screens.
