Review staff performance

In ClearHost: Analytics → Staff Performance.

Where: Analytics → Staff Performance in ClearHost
You need: Analytics on the property's plan.

#Steps

  1. 1

Select the property you want to work on in the top bar.

  2. 2

Open "Analytics → Staff Performance". Read the title literally: it measures the housekeeping and maintenance workload as a whole, not individual people. Nothing on this page breaks results down by employee.

  3. 3

The top row is "Avg Completion Time", "Open Maintenance" and "Delayed Tasks", and their comparison lines all read vs last month. Avg Completion Time and Delayed Tasks are month-to-date figures, but Open Maintenance is not: its headline is a live count of maintenance jobs still open right now, however long ago they were raised, and only the percentage under it is period-based. Delayed Tasks is written as a fraction — the second number counts only tasks that were given a due time, so it is late-out-of-timed, not late-out-of-all.

  4. 4

The two wider cards under it are "Tasks Completed" and "Reopened Tasks". Tasks Completed carries a Today / Weekly toggle on its right; flipping it re-runs both cards, and the comparison line under them changes from vs yesterday to vs last week to match.

  5. 5

For where the time goes, "Task type performance" lists each kind of job — departure cleans, inspections, deep cleans and so on — with how many were done, the average time and the share that ran late. Room turnover efficiency at the very bottom answers the checkout-to-ready question by room category.

  6. 6

"SLA Compliance" is the on-time donut. If it shows Not tracked yet, nothing is broken — it means no completed task carried a due time, so ClearHost shows an honest blank instead of a misleading 0%.

#Good to know

The lateness figures on this page all lean on the due time recorded against a task, so a team that never sets one will see Delayed Tasks and SLA Compliance stay empty however busy it is. Housekeeping task detail, including who a job is assigned to, lives on the PMS housekeeping board rather than here.
