Remove someone from your organisation
In ClearHost: Profile → Members.
Where: Profile → Members in ClearHost
You need: permission to delete members in the organisation.
#Steps
- 1
Open "Members" from your profile menu and find the person.
- 2
Open the three-dot menu at the end of their row and choose "Remove from organization" — the red entry at the bottom.
- 3
"Remove Member" asks you to confirm and spells out the consequence: they lose access to all properties and have to be invited again to come back. Remove goes ahead; Cancel stops.
- 4
This deletes their membership and every property-access record that went with it. Their ClearHost login itself is untouched — they simply no longer belong to your organisation.
- 5
Somebody who has never accepted is not a member and has no row here. Withdraw them from Pending Invitations under the table instead.
#Good to know
You cannot remove yourself or the owner, and an admin cannot remove another admin — only the owner can. In those cases the entry is simply absent from the menu. There is no undo: bringing the person back means a fresh invitation and setting their property access again from scratch.
