See what plan you are on and what you owe

Where: Profile → Billing in ClearHost
You need: permission to view billing in the organisation.

#Steps

   Open "Billing" from your profile menu. Subscriptions are bought per property, so this screen adds yours up for the whole organisation rather than showing one plan.

   Overview opens first. Its tiles read Number of properties, Active Subscriptions, Next Billing Date, Upcoming Payout, Overdue Amount and Total Due Amount, and the two sections below list the bills coming up and the payments already taken.

   "Property Plans" is the per-property answer: one row per property showing "Property Name", Plan, "Amount", "Billing Cycle", "Next Billing" and "Status", with a search box and filters above it.

   Click any row there and you land on that property’s own "Property Billing" screen, with the property already switched over for you. Open in ClearHost ↗

   That screen carries the detail. The Subscription Information card gives Plan, Rooms, Billing Cycle, Start Date, Next Billing and Amount, and the cards and tables around it hold your GST number, your payment method, and the invoice and subscription history.

   Back on the billing screen, "Invoices" is the organisation-wide list of every invoice raised across all your properties.

#Good to know

Nothing on either screen charges anything or changes a plan — it is all reading. Staff-role members cannot open either one, because billing is hidden from that role entirely; managers can look but not change. A property that has never been subscribed has no plan to show and its Property Billing screen invites you to subscribe instead.
