Change your organisation name and details

Where: Profile → Organization in ClearHost
You need: permission to edit settings in the organisation.

#Steps

   Open "Settings" from your profile menu. It lands on the General tab, beside Security and Transfer.

   "General Settings" holds the basics. Organization Name is the one field you can actually change — type the new name over the old one.

   Timezone and "Default Currency" sit underneath but are fixed for now. Both are greyed out and neither can be edited, whatever your role.

   Click "Save Changes". It only wakes up once something has actually changed, and it stays dead for a manager or a staff member because the whole form is read-only for them.

   There is a shortcut for the name on its own: on "Organization", open the three-dot menu beside your organisation and choose "Rename". Rename Organization asks for a New Organization Name and applies it without going through the settings screen. Open in ClearHost ↗

#Good to know

The name set here is what everyone in the organisation sees, and ClearHost pushes it through to your channel-manager group as well, so give it a moment to catch up on the channel side. Handing the organisation over to somebody else is a different job entirely — that is the Transfer tab on this same screen, and only the current owner can start it.
