Set availability across a date range

Where: Channel Manager → Inventory in ClearHost
You need: Channel Manager on the property's plan, and permission to edit inventory on this property.

#Steps

   Select the property you want to work on in the top bar.

   Open "Channel Manager → Inventory". Availability is changed on the grid — the Bulk Update page covers rates and restrictions only.

   Click any cell in that room type’s row to open the "Rooms to sell" drawer.

   Under Dates, set the first and last date of the block. The drawer opens on the single day you clicked, so move the second date out to cover the whole run.

   Under "Rooms to sell", choose "Every free room", or "Set a number" and type the figure to put on sale.

   Click "Apply to" — the button names how many nights it will write, and every date in the range gets that same setting.

#Good to know

Every date in the range ends up with the same number, so do one range per figure. Availability is per room type, so it applies to all of that room type’s rate plans at once.
