Bulk-update rates across a date range

Where: Channel Manager → Bulk Update in ClearHost
You need: Channel Manager on the property's plan, and permission to edit inventory on this property.

#Steps

   Select the property you want to work on in the top bar.

   Open "Channel Manager → Bulk Update".

   Under "Select Rooms and Rate Plans", tick each room type you are repricing and pick the plans you want from its "Rate Type" column.

   Under "Select Date Ranges", set the range. Once both dates are in, every day the range spans is ticked for you under Days of Week — the common case needs no day clicks at all. Untick the ones you do not want, or use Deselect All to start from none. Add another date range covers a second block, for example two separate holiday weeks.

   In "Rate Settings", choose the "Rate Logic". Set Value puts the same price on every date, while Increased by % and the other options work off whatever each date is priced at now. Type the figure into the box beside it. On a plan sold per person, Rate per guest count prices each occupancy separately.

   Before you submit, check the "Stop Sell", "Closed to Arrival" and "Closed to Departure" switches below. They are always sent with the batch, so leaving one off clears it on every date you selected — turn a switch on if those dates are meant to stay blocked.

   Click "Update Changes" at the bottom and confirm with "Apply Changes".

Bulk Update writes rates and restrictions in one go and has no availability field — availability is changed on the inventory grid instead.
