Adjust availability for a date

Where: Channel Manager → Inventory in ClearHost
You need: Channel Manager on the property's plan, and permission to edit inventory on this property.

#Steps

   Select the property you want to work on in the top bar.

   Open "Channel Manager → Inventory".

   Use the arrows either side of the dates at the top of the grid to bring the date you want into view.

   Find the room type in the left column and click its cell under that date. The Rooms to sell drawer opens, headed This night.

   Leave Dates on the single day you clicked. Under Rooms to sell, pick Every free room to put the whole unbooked remainder on sale, or Set a number and type the figure you want. Why this number explains how the figure was reached from Sold, Open to sell and Total rooms.

   Click the "Apply to" button at the top of the drawer — it names the number of nights it is about to write.

#Good to know

Availability sits on the room type, not on a rate plan, so the change applies to every rate plan under it. ClearHost pushes the new figure to your channels in the background, so the cell can take a moment to settle.
