Find and share your booking engine live link

Where: Booking Engine → Live Link in ClearHost
You need: Booking Engine on the property's plan.

Select the property you want to work on in the top bar.

Open "Booking Engine → Live Link".

Find the "Booking Engine Link" card — on the right of the page on a wide screen, at the bottom of the sections on a narrow one, and at the very top of the page if nobody has published yet.

If the card shows Live, your address is right there under "Live URL", with Copy and Open beneath it. Click Copy and paste the link wherever you want it: your Instagram bio, your Google listing, a WhatsApp message. That is the whole job — nothing is saved or changed by copying, so any role can do it.

There is nothing to share yet if the card shows "Inactive", or if in place of an address it reads "Save your content and publish to generate a live booking link." Copy and Open stay hidden until the page is live, because the address would only lead to a page that does not load. Getting from there to a working link means filling in the Content, Gallery and Branding sections and then publishing, and both of those need an owner or admin — ask one of them rather than hunting for a button you will not be allowed to press.

Once the address exists it is fixed for good and never changes, so you can share it freely, print it, and reuse it without checking back here. If it stops working, the page has been taken down rather than moved.

#Good to know

Any member who can reach the property can open this screen and copy a live address — it asks nothing of your role. Putting the page live in the first place, previewing it, and taking it down again are all channel-level changes that only an owner or admin can make.
