Update your property description, photos, logo and facilities

In ClearHost: Property → Property Content.

Where: Property → Property Content in ClearHost
You need: permission to edit property details on this property.

#Steps

  1. 1

Select the property you want to work on in the top bar.

  2. 2

    Open "Property → Property Content".

  3. 3

The top card is your logo. Add Property Logo with Browse File under it means none is set; click the box, pick a PNG, JPG, JPEG or WEBP no larger than 10 MB, and a Crop Property Logo window opens so you can square it off. Once a logo is stored the card shows it with a Change Logo button instead.

  4. 4

The "Content" card holds "Description", "Facilities" and "Important Information". The two text boxes each count up to 200 words. Facilities is the amenity list your channels and booking page advertise, so tick only what you really offer.

  5. 5

"Property Images" is the gallery. Drag files onto the Add Property Images box or click it to browse. A file that is not a PNG, JPG, JPEG or WEBP, or is over 10 MB, is dropped without a message — if a picture you chose never appears, that is why. Hovering a picture you have just added offers a crop button; pictures already saved offer only the bin.

  6. 6

Removing a saved picture is the one thing here a manager cannot do — it needs the same permission as deleting the property itself. Worse, ClearHost does not surface the refusal: you are still told the content saved, and the picture is back when the page reloads. If that happens, ask an owner or an admin to remove it.

  7. 7

Adding and removing cannot be mixed in one go. Once a saved picture is marked for removal, adding a new one is refused with “Please save or cancel your pending changes before adding a new photo.” Save what you have, then add.

  8. 8

Click "Save Changes" at the bottom. It is greyed out until something changes, and it commits the whole screen at once — logo, text, facilities, new pictures and removals all go together.

#Good to know

This screen needs the property to have an active subscription; without one it shows the activation prompt instead of the form. Photos are uploaded first and only then attached, so a slow save on a batch of large images is normal.
