Cancel a reservation

Where: PMS → Reservations in ClearHost
You need: PMS on the property's plan, and permission to edit bookings on this property.

#Steps

1. 1

   Select the property you want to work on in the top bar.

   Open "PMS → Reservations".

3. 3

   Find the booking you need to cancel.

   Open the actions menu at the end of that row and choose "Cancel booking".

5. 5

   Read the confirmation, then click "Yes, cancel booking". Click Keep booking if you opened it by mistake.

#Good to know

Cancelling cannot be undone. A booking that is already checked in or checked out no longer offers the cancel action.
