Add a room

Where: PMS → Room Management in ClearHost
You need: PMS on the property's plan, and permission to create rooms on this property.

#Steps

   Select the property you want to work on in the top bar.

   Open "PMS → Room Management".

   Click "Add Room".

   In the "Add New Room" drawer, leave "Single Room" selected for one room, or switch to "Bulk Create" to add a whole numbered range at once.

   Pick the "Room Type" this room belongs to, then type the "Room Number" without any prefix. On Bulk Create you fill in a Start Room Number and an End Room Number instead, and ClearHost creates every room in that range.

   Click "Add Room" at the bottom of the drawer to save it — the same button reads "Add Rooms" when you are creating a range.

#Good to know

You need at least one room type before you can add rooms — if the drawer offers Go to Room Types, create the room type first. The drawer also shows how many rooms of that type you have left to create.
